BMW 8 Series, enhanced by Manhart, an alternative to the M8

While BMW fans eagerly await the M8 model, the German tuning company Manhart has created a project that could serve as an alternative. The enhanced version of the M850i is now being used as the base.

Although the name leaves room for the letter «M,» this is not a full-fledged version of the Bavarian coupe. The correct one will have a power output of around 600 horsepower. Impatient individuals who do not wish to wait for it can take advantage of Manhart's offer today.

German specialists have applied a 4.4-liter V8 power booster. Thanks to new control software for the engine, they were able to increase the power to an impressive 621 hp and 870 Nm of torque. It is quite likely that even the standard M8 will not be able to boast such impressive figures.

However, this is not the end. Manhart has also taken care of its appearance. The body has been dressed in a combination of black and gold. All this on attractive 21-inch wheels that snugly fill the wheel arches thanks to the lowered suspension.

In addition, buyers can expect modified bumpers and a rear spoiler. Everything has been made from lightweight carbon fiber.

Overall, it makes a very consistent impression and can certainly bring pleasure.

Although we do not know the amount to pay for the described modifications, it is not difficult to guess that it will be lower than the price difference between the standard M850i and the top M8. Certainly not the last project based on the luxurious coupe from Bavaria. The fun has only just begun.
