The company BMW has a sports-style coupe that gained high fame back in 2015. It is the BMW M2 Coupe 2018—2019 model, presented at the Detroit Motor Show, and later in Geneva in 2016.
In the design of this model, there are differences from the standard version, which will be discussed. Firstly, it is worth noting that the car belongs to the M series, meaning sports cars, and therefore, its main audience will be enthusiasts of fast driving.

The distinctive feature of the BMW M2 design is the increased level of aggressiveness, characteristic of most sports cars. It features an aggressively styled bumper with large air intakes.
Furthermore, the «nostrils» of the radiator grille were enlarged, and relief appeared on the hood.
These innovations only enhanced the sporty look of the car.
The owner of this car will be pleasantly surprised by the enlarged wheel arches, easily accommodating 19-inch wheels. To maintain the sporty style, a small gill was installed in front of the arch, serving a more decorative function.
The rear design of the BMW M2 is not significantly different from the civilian version. However, some differences have been introduced. The first of these is the increased bulkiness of the bumper, featuring vertical light reflectors.
A small spoiler was installed on the trunk lid, and under the bumper, there are a decorative diffuser and four exhaust pipes.
As a result, the impact of such design on the dimensions of the car turned out to be as follows:

Interior
Inside the BMW M2 cabin, there have been no significant changes. Firstly, the standard seats were replaced with sports front seats. Their features include heating, electric adjustment, and leather upholstery. The second most significant change was the updated steering wheel.
In the rear part of the cabin, there is a bench where a maximum of two people can comfortably sit. Despite not having much space, there is a special armrest with a compartment for small items in the middle of the bench.
The steering column has white leather trim, chrome inserts, and a large number of buttons for multimedia system control, in a three-spoke design.
There are also slim paddles for manual gear shifting. The dashboard design is standard for this model's cars, with two speedometer and tachometer sensors, and a display for various information.
A notable feature of the central console is that its design easily identifies the car's brand. Above it, a navigation display is installed, beneath which are the hazard light button and two air vents. The instrument panel also includes a display for climate control system management.
At the beginning of the tunnel, there are two cup holders, followed by the gearbox selector.

Technical Parameters of BMW M2
The company's engineers chose an engine with 6 cylinders and direct injection as the power unit. The installation of a twin-scroll turbine plays an important role. The total power is 370 hp, with a maximum torque of 465 Nm.
To achieve maximum power, the engine needs to be revved up to 6,500 rpm. It comes with a 6-speed manual transmission, and for a small additional fee, a 7-speed automated manual transmission is available.
The overall acceleration time of the BMW M2 from 0 to 100 km/h is 4.3 seconds, and the top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h. For a small additional fee, there is an option to remove the limiter and increase the maximum speed to 270 km/h.
According to the manufacturer's information, the fuel consumption of the car with 98 gasoline will be 10 liters per hundred kilometers in urban mode, and on the highway, it will decrease to 6.
These values are given for an automatic transmission. With a manual transmission, the fuel consumption will be slightly higher.
Price
The BMW M2 model is not too expensive for the sports car segment, but significantly more expensive than other cars in the same class. The standard version will cost 4,290,000 rubles, while the maximum configuration will require a payment of 5,091,000 rubles.
