Review of BMW F01 2011
After purchasing this car in the fall, I have driven a significant mileage of approximately 40 thousand kilometers over the year. I drive quite frequently and extensively, so there is nothing surprising here. The fuel consumption rate was very pleasing: in winter, it's 19 liters in the city, and 12 liters per 100 km in urban mode. Not bad for such a car.
During this time, there were no major breakdowns. The only issue was a malfunction in the climate control system, which was replaced under warranty. Compared to my previous car, Audi A6, this car stands out drastically in terms of comfort.
The level of noise isolation is excellent, the suspension absorbs all road irregularities and flaws in Russia perfectly. The only sound coming from under the wheel arches is a quiet hum.
The car is equipped with 18-inch wheels, but I would like to upgrade to 19-20 inches in the future. Regarding dynamics, I am not one of those drivers who try to overtake everyone from the traffic light or drive on the highway at high speeds. I drive at a slightly higher speed, but only on country roads as usual.
The powertrain of this car is characterized by smooth cooperation with an 8-speed automatic transmission with minimal delays. This is ideal for urban conditions – the engine reaches 3 thousand rpm, so there is no need to press the pedal to the floor. On the highway, the engine behaves very elastically, reaching a speed of 80 km/h during overtaking at 4 thousand rpm with an immediate response to pedal input. When driving at around 170 km/h, the rpm stays at 3000—3500.
The car's handling is excellent, with steering effort increasing as speed rises, allowing you to feel the road. The impression from such a ride is beyond comparison.
Another standout feature of this car is its practicality, manifested in a large trunk (550 liters) and ample space in the cabin, enough to accommodate 5 people. The overall result is an extremely positive impression of the car.
Review of BMW F01 2012
To explain why I chose this car, the reason is very simple – I see no competitors for it. What other options for a large car with a high level of comfort in a sedan body can be found on the market? Mercedes is more geared towards passengers, and the person behind the wheel will be seen as a hired driver.
The car boasts a luxurious interior, exceptional finishing, performs excellently on the road, with the highest level of comfort and dynamics. It comes fully equipped with everything possible. One of my favorite combinations is black on light.
This car is perfect for evening outings to a restaurant with a partner, long trips, or track racing. Among its strengths are speed, beauty, rich equipment, and lack of competitors. In my opinion, there are no drawbacks.

Review of BMW F01 2013
I'll be brief. The car was purchased a year ago, and the mileage during that time was 20 thousand kilometers. The positive aspects of this model have been extensively described in numerous other reviews, and I see no point in repeating them. So, I'll only share the aspects that disappointed me.
Driving in winter is not very comfortable due to the tires reducing the car's potential. Additionally, the car does not handle the impact of reagents, sand, and other substances spread on the roads in winter very well.
Driving it is a pleasant experience, but the car performs better on the road with passengers in the rear seats. The lighting is simply fantastic, especially when the LED headlights and fog lights are on.
After switching to winter tires, at 160 km/h, it starts to «drift,» which can be a bit scary. The average fuel consumption rate, according to the onboard computer, is around 15.5 liters per 100 kilometers.
Once, for experiment's sake, I decided to cover this distance without traffic jams, driving comfortably at speeds not exceeding 130 km/h. In such conditions, the car consumes about 9 liters of fuel per 100 km. It's a fantastic result, but it's hardly worth the nerves spent during the trip – even buses could have overtaken me.
All the pros and cons of this car are outlined in the review text above. This car fully satisfies me, both technically and in terms of comfort, and I have no plans to switch it for something else.
